This beautiful glass rose measures 4 x 4 inches and was created on Mother’s Day 2025.

When I first started this piece, I honestly had no idea what I wanted to create. I simply picked out different pieces of green and red glass and began arranging them on a clear piece of glass.

As I was working, I started thinking about my mom, and somehow, my inspiration turned into a rose. There were no sketches, no plans, and honestly, not much thought behind it. I simply created it right there on the spot. After a few tries, the rose finally appeared. Sometimes creativity works best when you just let it happen.

The finished piece turned out beautiful, and the best part was seeing how much my mother loved it. That made this little rose even more special to me.
